Design Fees & Engagement
We work with transparent, flat design fees — independent from travel services. The fee reflects scope, timelines, destinations and on-site complexity.

- Full Seminar Design — on proposal: end-to-end curation, bookings, optimisation and an elegant offline logistics dossier.
- On-Site Coordination (optional): dedicated field support (per-diem) + travel expenses.
Travel services (accommodation, transport, activities, technical providers) are settled directly with suppliers or via our trusted partners/DMCs. This ensures price clarity and the best contractual advantages for your team.
