1) Scope

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of this website and the provision of travel design services by Aurora Atlas.

2) Services

Aurora Atlas provides bespoke travel design and advisory. We may collaborate with third‑party suppliers (e.g., DMCs, hotels, airlines). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Aurora Atlas does not act as the merchant of record for travel components sold by third parties.

3) Fees & Payments

Design fees are quoted before work begins and are payable as indicated on the invoice.
Supplier payments (if any) are processed according to each supplier’s terms and are separate from Aurora Atlas design fees.
All amounts are exclusive of taxes unless specified.

4) Changes & Cancellations

Amendments and cancellations are subject to both Aurora Atlas service policies and third‑party supplier terms. We will inform you of applicable conditions before confirmation.

5) Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and for obtaining adequate travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage (medical, evacuation, cancellation).

6) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Atlas is not liable for acts or omissions of third‑party suppliers or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Aurora Atlas for the specific services in question.

7) Personal Data

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Intellectual Property

The website design, texts, and media are protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction is allowed without prior written consent.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Aurora Atlas’s registered office, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Jurisdiction is designated accordingly.
